I updated the floors with laminate flooring in all heavy traffic areas which is now an issue with the main I-beam running the length of the house is raised a bit with the rest of the house settling. I am impressed with the house but unfortunately the resale price has dropped due to the title being a manufactured house instead of modular. Overall the structure is still sound and the fact that mine looks like the 16 stick built houses in my neighborhood is a bonus for housing market plus mine is more efficient due to all gas. I give this builder 4 stars as there was room for finishing that wasn't done and gone unnoticed until I updated the house.
